vERSION OF PSP
Animationshop
Open animationshop and minimize for now.
In PSP open a 700 x 600 blank canvas
Floodfill with white
Pull E23 into psp
Copy/Paste as new layer onto canvas
Position in center toward the bottom
Pull E38 into psp
C/P AS NEW LAYER
Place behind city scene
Pull E31 into psp
Make sure you are on your working image
Click the tickertool to change BG to a color from E31 FG sET ON NULL
Click on your Change To Target tool,SIZE 17 & Randomly color 2 OR 3 buildings
Don't color them all one color,Alternate with different colors from E31
Edit Copymerged
Bring Animationshop up
Paste as New Animation
Back to PSP
Repeat the steps above using a different color and color 2 or 3 more
Edit CopyMerged Paste after currentframe in Animation Shop
Back to PSP
Keep repeating the above steps with different colors till all is colored
Making sure you paste into aniamtiona fter each coloring

Ok with that out of the way,Minimize AS for now
Back in PSP Close out E31
Open a new canvas 600 x 400
Copy/Paste your tube as new layer
Resize to 75% if necessary
Place on the left side of canvas
Pull E33 into psp
Paste as new layer on canvas
Place behind the tube by moving the layer below your tube layer on layer palette
Pull E16 & e40 into psp
Paste as new layers
Place E16 on right bottom side
Place E40 above E16
Add your copywrite
Set your font to Janda size26 AntiAlias Smooth Stroke 4
BG color of choice FG Black
BG color of choice FG Black
Type out your name Convert to raster layer Resize to 75%
Place at bottom
Merge all visible
Edit Copy Paste as New Animation in Animationshop
So in Animationsshop we have 6 frames of our city
We need 6 frames of our working image
Highlight your workingimage
Go to the top OF AS AND HIT THE MIDDLE CLIPBOARD ICON 5 TIMES
You should have 6 frames total
Jump over to your City animation
Highlight the first frame
Edit SelectAll
Jump over to your working image
Highlight first frame
Edit Select All Copy
Jump back over to city animation & while holding down mouse paste into selection
Don;t let up on mouse til you have it where you want
Edit Select All
view Animation & Save
