Open a 700 x 700 blank image
Bring element 49 into psp & paste on image as new layer
Select center with magicwand
Bring paper of choice into psp, I used paper 5
Paste as new layer over frame and invert
Selections Delete Move paper below frame layer
Bring element 65 into psp
Paste as new image
Bring it over on left side and move behind frame
You should be able to see it thru left side frame
Repeat for right side frame
Erase any overhang outside of frames
Now bring element 18 into psp
Paste as new layer and resize to 75%
Place on right side
Bring elements 8, 14,22, and 58 into psp
Copy/pste your tube as new layer
Position at bottom on shoe if you are usign same tube as me
Paste element 8 as new layer Image Mirror
Position at bottom near your tube's thumb
Now paste element 14 & resize to 55% to 60%
Place on left side behind shoe
Now paste your remaining elements and resize as necessary
Place them on bottom left side in front shoe
Add your copywrite
Bring paper7 into psp
Set it as your bg on material palette
Foreground set on black
Font set on Dirty Ego Size 48
Type out your name Convert to raster layer
Place where you like best
Merge all visible and save
Set it as your bg on material palette
Foreground set on black
Font set on Dirty Ego Size 48
Type out your name Convert to raster layer
Place where you like best
Merge all visible and save
