Lucki Irish
This tutorial was wrote by BethB on 2.12.12 & is my own creation.
Any resemblances to other tutorials is purely accidental.
This is a very long and tedious tutorial so take breaks.

PSP X2
Animationshop-AS
Tube used is by LadyMishka.You can purchase her work at PFD
PTU Kit by FreeksCreations called Lucki Charms
Plugins/Photeffects/scanlines-EC4/wEAVE
LuckyIrish Template by SummerDreamsCreations
fONT USED is Viking-www.dafont.com

Open the template in psp.
Delete my watermark
Delete the potofgold layers
Close off all layers but the bottom rectangle
On Rectangle layer, Magicwand to select.
Pull Paper1 into psp.Paste as new layer
Selections-Invert-Delete.
Deselect
Add dropshadow of choice
Delete original rec layer
Go up to next layer
Repeat using paper10
Add same dropshadow
Delete original layer
GO up to next layer
Repeat as before using paper8
Same dropshadow
Delete original
Next layer
On this layer add a noise of 35%,Random & Monochrome both ticked.OK
mAGICWAND
Paste paper2 as new layer.
Selections-Invert-Delete
Deselect
Delete the mint green layer
Open next layer
On your color palette-BG gradient-Choose a rainbow gradient
Angle 0,Repeats 0
Floodfill layer
Next layer up
Magicwand
Paste paper3 AS NEW LAYER
sELECTIONS-iNVERT- Delete
DO NOT DESELECT!!!
pULL YOUR TUBE UP
c/p THE CLOSEUP AS NEW LAYER OTO IMAGE
Resize to 45%
Hit Delete
Deselect
Effects-Plugin-PhotoEffex/Scanlines with below settings
Now repeat for the next layers on the right side except this time apply the plugin ec4/weave
With below settings
Now add a dropshadow of choice to both of the tube layers
Open next layer which is the frame
Magicwand again to select center of frame
Add new layer
Set your BG to a lighter rainbow gradient color as below,invert ticked
DO NOT DESELECT!!!
Pull your tube into view again
C/P the original as new layer inside frame
Resize to 35%. Place on left side as shown in my tag above
Selections-Invert-Delete Deselect
Duplicate-Image-Mirror
Close off these layer for now
On the tube image
Resize to 45%
C/P as new layer onto your Working image
Selections-Invert-Delete
Deselect

Now let's start adding some elements
Pull E13 into psp
C/P as new layer
Resize to 60%
Place on bottom in center
Make sure your pot of gold element layer is above the frame layer
Pull E17 INTO psp
Paste as new layer
Place on top
Move this layer below your pot layer
Pull E36 into psp
Place on left side
Use pick tool to turn slightly to the right from bottom node
Use eraser tool to erase bottom string
Duplicate-Image-Mirror
Add your copywrite and name
Open animationshop & minimize
On your potofgold layer
Use your selection tool/freehand
Make selections around sum of the coins
Add /Remove Noise- Add a noise of 35%-Gaussian/Mono both ticked,Click Ok
Add same noise to the rain layer
Deselect
Edit-Copymerged
Pull AS up
Paste into Animationshop as new animation
Back to PSP
Hit undo till you have no noise
Repeat again for both layers but this add noise of 40%
Deselect
Edit-CopyMerged
Paste into Animationshop after currentframe
Edit Select All View Animation
Save as gif
