Just right click and save to desktop

 

 

 

Start with a 700 x 500 blank canvas
Bring p12 into psp
C/P as new layer
Apply your starmask from disk
Right click on mask layer and delete the mask
Bring swirl into psp & paste as new layer in center of canvas
Set your FG on p12  BG on black  preset shape set on rectangle width 15
Draw out a small rectangle convert to raster Use pick tool to turn up slightly
Duplicate  Place them in top right corner
Use magicwand to select the inner part of your frame
C/P your tube as new layer  resize to 55%  Selections Invert Delete
Set your blendmode to Luminance (L)
Add 2 filters of choice I used Tramages PoolShadow and Penta.com/Dot&Cross
Now paste your tube as main image   Mirror and place on the left side at the bottom
Bring stars into psp and paste as new layer
Place inbetween your 2 frames
Bring lock & tag into psp
C/P the lock as new layer  Place at bottom in front of your main tube on right side
Resize to 80%
Paste your tag as new layer and place at the top so that the ribbon is touching frame
Bring bird and book into psp
C/P the bird and place on top of tag
Now paste the book and place at bottom under your tube just a bit
Now pull the sparkles into psp and paste them.
Place them on right side
Now set your font on Janda Elegant Handwriting Size 12, Stroke1
Background on paper12  FG on black
Type out I'm A Survivor  Convert to raster  Place on your tag
Now add your name and copywrite
