PTU Kit called Friendship Love by Freeks Creations
WSL-Mask299 by Weescotslass
Font used Ma Sexy
Open a 600 x 500 transparent image
Floodfill with white
Pull P4 into psp
Paste as new layer
Layers New Mask Layer From Image
Apply your wsl mask Click ok
Right click on your mask layer & merge group
Pull E6 into psp
Paste as new layer
Move over to the right some
I changed the color on mine
Paste your main tube & resize to 80%
Move over to the far right
Now paste the closeup of your 2nd tube
Place on left side at bottom
Pull E21 into psp
Paste move this layer below your tubes,heart layers
Pull E23 into psp
Paste & resize to 60%
Place in center at bottom in front of heart
Pull E10 into psp
Paste & resize to 45%
Place at bottom in front of tube
Pull E17 into psp
Paste @ resize to 60%
Image Free Rotate ROTATE right by 90 degreeze
Place at bottom
Now pull E32 into psp
Paste onto image & place at bottom
Add your copywrite
Set your font to Ma Sexy size 32 BG P5 FG Null
Type out your name Convert to raster
Place at top of image
Save as png

This is an easy peasy tutorial and the results are gorgeaus
Let's start by bringing the following into psp from kit
EE17,EE29,EE33,EE23,EE22,EE9,EE34,pp1 & pp7
Minimize all but your frame
Open a 600 x 500 transparent image
Paste your frame as new layer
Image, Free Rotate, Rotae by 90 degreez right
Magicwand Select center of frame
Selections Modify Expand by 4
C/P PP7 as new layer Selections Invert Delete Deselect
Move paper below frame layer on layer palette
Paste ee33 as new layer inside frame which is the word art
Paste ee22 as new layer
Now paste ee34 as new layer
Place at bottom on frame
Resize to 75% & then againe to 80%
Move ee22 layer above frame & ee34 layers
Paste ee23 as new layer Resize to 75%
Place on bottom right corner
Paste ee17 & move down on vine and glitter layers
Next paste ee29 as new layer & place on left side of frame
Paste your tube as new layer
Resize to 65% Place on right side
Add your copywrite
Set font to Rebecca Size 30 Bold Stroke 2 BG White FG Null
Type out your name Convert to raster
Selections Select All Float Defloat Modify Expand by 4
Add new layer Floodfill with paper1
Deselect & move paper layer below your original name layer
Save as png
