Let's begin by bringing frame 3 into psp
Resize to 85%
Bring Element11 into psp
Paste Element 11 as new layer and move below frame
Next bring Elements 30 & 76 from elements1 folder
Paste Element 30 as new layer and resize to 45%
Place on right side on frame
Now paste element 76 as new layer and resize to 65%
Place on left upper corner on frame
C/P your tube as new layer and resize if neccesary
Place on lower left side
Bring elements 2, 43 ,46, 50, 83 98
Copy & Paste element 50 as new layer and resize to 55%
Place at the bottom of frame on right side of tube
Now apste element 43 as new layer and resize to 40%
Move letters layer below dog layer on layer palette
C/P the clock element on image
Resize to 55% and place on frame and move this layer below frame layer
Now paste remaining elements and place the way you like best or refer to my tag above.
Add your copywrite
Set your foreground to a color from frame and background to black
Font set on A Charming Font Size 24  Type out your name  Convert to raster
Place at bottom below your dog element
Now switch your color palettes and close off the black
Change font to Allura or one fo choice and type out Timeless Puppy Love
Convert to raster layer and place at the top fo your image
Merge all visible and resize all layers to 85% and save.

Let's start with bringing Frame3 & Paper7 into psp
Use magicwand to select center of frame
Selections  Modify Expand by 7
Copy & Paste Paper as new layer  Invert and Delete
Move paper below your frame layer on layer palette
Bring element64 into psp and paste as new layer
Place on right side on frame
Bring element84 into psp & paste onto image
Resize to 55% & place at bottom on right side on frame
Bring elements 1, 7, & 70 into psp
Copy & Paste element 1 as new layer  Place at bottom
Move fan alyer below your bouquet layer
Next paste element 70 and resize to 40%
Place around your bouquet
I duplicated and then moved below the bouquet layer
I then pasted element 7 and resized to 35% and place near the bouquet
Jump back upto your frame layer
Copy & Paste your tube as new layer
Center the way you like best
Now use your eraser to erase any parts of tube thats on frame
Bring Elements 22,53 and 91 into psp
Paste element 53 as new layer and resize to 50%
Place on right side on frame
Now paste element 22 and place at the top corner of frame
Paste element 91 as new layer and resize to 50% place on key
Next bring elements 49,56,80 and 82 into psp
Paste them as new layers and resize as necessay
Place around the bottom as you like or you can refer to my tag above as an example
Add your copywrite
BG set on paper9 FG null Font on Some Weatz Size 20
Type out your name and convert to raster layer
Place on fan
Jump onto candle layer
Use freehand selection tool and make a selection around the flame
Apply the EC4/Jiggle effect with the settings listed below
Turbulence  9.46  4.65  20 Seamless tile ticked  Seed 1210 Click ok
Deselect  Edit Copymerged  Paste as new animation in aniamtionshop
Back to psp
Hit undo twice
Reapply the plugin except hit seed twice
Deselect  Paste into animationshop after currentframe
Back to psp  Hit undo twice
Repeat plugin again hitting seed twice
Deselect  Edit  Copymerged  Paste into aniamtionshop after currentframe
Back to psp  Hit undo twice
Repeat plugin once more   hitting seed twice
Deselect and Edit Copymerged
Paste into animationshop after currentframe
You should have total of 4 frames in animationshop
Edit Select All   Animation  Frame Properties  Set speed to 40 and view and save
